Online Delivery Unpack

If you prefer to order your groceries online from the comfort of your home, simply book a delivery slot that falls during our scheduled visit.

• We will receive the delivery for you.
• We will carefully unpack all items.
• We will neatly put everything away exactly where you like it.

In-Person Grocery Shopping

If you prefer a traditional shop, we will go to a local supermarket of your choice with your shopping list, bring the items back, and help put them away. We offer two easy ways to handle this:

• The Digital Float Option (Great for Busy Families): Email or text your shopping list to us in advance. You transfer a set grocery budget to our business bank account via bank transfer. We will do the shop on our way to your property, hand you the receipt, and instantly return any leftover change to your account via bank transfer.
• The Traditional Cash Option (Great for Elderly Clients): We will arrive at your property first to sit down and collect your handwritten shopping list and physical cash. To ensure complete safety and transparency for peace of mind, we will complete a signed money handling form together and document all store receipts upon our return

Please note: All travel, queueing, and shopping time is fully included within our standard hourly rate.

Shopping & Substitutions

• If an item on my list is unavailable, I will use my best judgement to select closest matching alternative (for example, a different brand of the same item or a similar flavour). If you have strict preferences or allergies, you can let me know in advance at the time of your initial referral, and I will strictly avoid substituting those specific items.
• If you order your groceries online, the supermarket will highlight any substitutions on the delivery note. I will check these when unpacking the delivery. If there is a substitution you are unhappy with, I will set it aside so you or your family sponsor can hand it back to the driver or arrange a refund with the supermarket.

What happens if a substitution costs more than the original item?

• For the Digital Float (Bank Transfer) Option: The exact price variation will simply be reflected on the store receipt. When we reconcile the receipt total at the end of the visit, the change returned via bank transfer will automatically account for the difference.
• For the Traditional Cash Option: I will always ensure there is a small buffer in the cash provided to cover minor store price fluctuations or substitutions. The exact total will be fully documented on the signed money handling form, and every penny of your change will be returned alongside the physical receipt.
